A role, not a separate plan.
The viewer is a role. It is not a plan and needs no license of its own. Anyone invited to a case sees approved states and documents. Editing and their own AI actions are not included. Access is free as long as the person is authorized. An account may be required to sign in.
Anyone who leaves a company can use three things through the remuneration portal: an approved state of their own inventions, the remuneration history over the years and a protected channel for questions. The portal is a company function, in Companies and Enterprise. Basic access remains free for the person. The company books a managed archive separately.
